UE Marches for Justice

At the Democratic National Convention
UE District 10 members took part in the ‘Human Need Not Corporate Greed’ march and rally during the Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles on Aug. 14. UE rank-and-file members and staff marched with the labor contingent in downtown Los Angeles.

At the Republican National Convention
		UE District One members participated in the ‘Unity2000’ protest at the start of the Republican National Convention in Philadelphia on July 30. UE joined with other unions and marchers representing a variety of progressive causes. District Pres. Connie Spinozzi is second from left.
