workers and their union, as well as the increasing number of raids and
mergers,
raise many important questions for independent unions. How can we
preserve and enhance the democratic principles that are key to our
survival. How can we ensure local autonomy and membership control?
How can we strengthen ourselves to meet the challenges?
To address these
questions, UE has created a special, new presentation about dealing
with these and other challenges as we enter the new millennium. Here
